The REDC is operated by a volunteer board of directors of 7 members of which 3 represent the City, 2 represent the Ralston Community Foundation, and 2 represent the Ralston business community.
REDC board meetings are scheduled on the 4th Tuesday during odd months (ex: January, March, Etc.) at 4pm in Ralston's City Chambers. REDC board meetings are subject to the Nebraska Open Meetings Act.
