I See It Ventures
With funds from a private donor, REDC invested in I See It Ventures - a local business accelerator located next to the Granary.
Today, the accelerator is home to more than 10 companies and is growing.
LaDonna Johnson Fountain
With support from private donors, REDC built the LaDonna Johnson Fountain in honor of a lifelong Ralston resident who generously supported numerous organizations throughout the community, including REDC.
Today, the 4-season fountain has become a beloved community landmark and gathering place in downtown Ralston. From Tunes in Town Square and family photos to residents simply enjoying downtown, the LaDonna Johnson Fountain is a vibrant part of community life.

AAA Property Aquisition
With funds from a private donor, REDC acquired the former AAA Window and Door Warehouses and prepared them for new development to enhance Ralston's main entrance at 72nd and Main Streets.

Future developments will provide retail, entertainment, housing, and public space for Ralstonites and visitors to live, work, shop, and enjoy our community.
Eternal Flame Sculpture
With private donations, REDC has contracted a nationally renowned sculpture, Littleton Alston to complete our renovated Eternal Flame Memorial Plaza with beautiful new eternal flame.

This sculpture will be a focal point in our community honoring our veterans and service members.

Eternal Flame Memorial Plaza Benches
REDC secured a $12,000 Community Impact Grant from AARP for the benches at the newly renovated Eternal Flame Memorial Plaza.

These benches will allow proper seating options for Memorial Day and Veterans Day services in addition for seating during Ralston's Independence Day Celebration, Tunes in Town Square, and for general enjoyment of our public space.
Holiday Magic Decor & Programming
REDC secured a $15,000 Visitor Improvement Grant from Douglas County to provide decorations and programming for this much-loved community tradition.

These funds are helping us build this event into a regional holiday destination.
