Ralston Economic Development Corporation

*City Vendor Permit Application: If accepted, I agree to complete and submit the City of Ralston’s required mobile vendor application before participating in the event.

*Licenses and Approvals: I confirm that my business has obtained all applicable state, county, and other required licenses, permits, and approvals for the products I will sell at the event.

*Insurance: I confirm that my business maintains applicable business insurance and will provide proof of insurance if requested by the City.

*Application Fee Donation: In lieu of the vendor application fee, I agree to donate an item from my business roughly between $5 and $20 to be used as a prize for the City of Ralston’s Christmas Tree Decorating Contest.

*On-Site Business Representative: I attest that the business representative who will be present at the event is at least 19 years of age and is legally authorized to work in the United States.

*Participant Eligibility and Public Safety: I certify that I and any business representatives participating in the event are legally eligible to participate and have no known legal restrictions that would prohibit them from interacting with children or other members of the public during the event.

*Setup and Market Hours: Vendor setup is permitted between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, 2026. The Holiday Market will be open from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Vendors must be fully set up by 3:00 p.m. and may not begin teardown or leave before 5:00 p.m. Vendors will be informed on where to set up and must set up on their assigned location.

*Location and Weather: The Holiday Market will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the market will be moved indoors. Vendors agree to follow the City’s instructions regarding any location change. Should the festival be cancelled due to inclement weather we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance.

*Property and Personal Liability: I understand that I am responsible for my own merchandise, equipment, supplies, and other property. To the extent permitted by law, I agree that the City of Ralston, Ralston Creative District, Ralston Economic Development Corporation (REDC), and their respective officers, employees, agents, partners, and representatives are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to persons or property associated with my business or business activities related to this event.
